" We are so busy doing all the important stuff we don't have time for the important stuff."
~Gabrielle Roth

These classes are for those who are ready to step into the medicine of the 5Rhythms® practice.

These classes will be practice instruction in Gabriel Roth’s 5Rhythms® movement medicine to explore and deepen your own personal practice.

No moves to learn, bring your dancing feet, open hearts and willingness to explore

These classes are open to those who are willing to observe some simple  protocols. If you are sick or have been around someone who has been sick please remain home.  It is also for those who are comfortable dancing together indoors, with kindness and respect for the ways that our fellow dancers may be at different comfort levels in relation to sharing space.
Masks are welcome but not required on the dance floor.
Group size will be limited.

If you would like to be added to my contact list for email notification of class details please contact me through this website~
